Applications
Manufacture of acetone, acetic acid, acetates, mordant in dyeing and printing of textiles, stabilizer in resins, additive to calcium soap lubricants, food additive ( as anti mold agent in bakery goods, in sausage casings), corrosion inhibitor.

Storage
Calcium Acetate should be stored and handled in its original packages or in suitable sealed containers and kept in a clean dry place.

Handling
Under normal conditions of use calcium acetate does not present any undue health hazard. Precautions should be taken to prevent entry into the eyes and prolonged or repeated skin contact. Exposure to dust at high concentration should be prevented by the provision of suitable ventilation.

Packing
Material is supplied in poly lined bags of 25 Kgs each and duly shrink wrapped and palletized with 20 MT to a container.
